I came on board with physique code at the end of Aug for a lifestyle overhaul. I wasn't interested in competing but I wanted help with a maintainable and life long diet approach. Alice is guiding me with flexible dieting and it's been the best decision I've ever made. I am satisfied with what I eat and I no longer have urges to binge eat. Richard's training programs are amazing as well. I needed a push and he definitely delivered. I'm much stronger than I've ever been and I now have a better balance with training as I was making myself go 5-7 days a week, now I enjoy going!
